Hen Night Experience
Its all about the Bride-to-be! Bring the Hen party to Gin School and make a bespoke keepsake bottle of Gin for the Hen. Everyone chooses a botanical to make up the recipe and signs the ‘TEAM BRIDE’ bottle which the bride can take home and keep. Package lasts 90 mins and includes the bottle of Gin for the Bride and 4 drinks each. Additional bottles for Bridesmaids, Mothers of the Bride etc available. Please contact us for package prices.
Individual Experience
After a G&T on arrival, each individual will be shown to their own Gin station with mini copper still, recipe card and everything you will need to create your masterpiece.
Your host will safely guide everyone through the process of gin making; from choosing botanicals, creating your recipe, distilling, tasting, bottling and labeling your very own Gin ensuring you graduate Gin School successfully.
We will share Gin trivia and fun facts throughout the experience along with some fun stories from the Crown and Shamrock history and the story of Belfast Artisan Distillery Gin, all while you enjoy some gin tasting (a few G&Ts and a cocktail). Each person will take home their own individual signature blend full sized bottle of Gin.

We are happy to accommodate Private groups and corporate groups. Groups can decide on individual gin making experiences, shared experiences or a combination of both
We can organise a range of food packages for groups and can on occasion offer themed Gin Schools for birthday parties etc.

Wedding Favour Experience
We welcome the Happy Couple to Gin School where they can enjoy a few drinks while creating their own bespoke recipe Gin to celebrate their wedding. We will then recreate this recipe in miniature bottles to be given as favours to your guests.
Available on request – Private Gin School available for entire wedding party and additional full size bottles for other members of your wedding party. Please contact us to discuss packages.
